All replacement work includes the demolition, decommissioning and removal of the existing, and the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment and Filter Media. Decommissioning and removal of booster pump. Disconnect and removal of hydronic heating pipes, unit heater and baseboard unit completed with asbestos abatement. Installation of new Unit Heaters.
