The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Structural repairs to the north and south reservoir cells .2 Replacement of existing roofing waterproofing membrane .3 Replacement of two (2) access hatches .4 Various structural work in the valve house and Peel distribution chamber .5 Demolition of existing reservoir access houses .6 Construction of new reservoir access houses .7 New overflow system at the south reservoir cell; complete with dechlorination chamber and connection to existing storm sewer .8 New submersible pumps .9 Various process and building mechanical upgrades in the valve house, drainage pump chamber, reservoir cells, .10 Replacement of existing MCC .11 New underground conduit from the valve house to the Peel feedermain chamber .12 Various electrical upgrades in the valve house, drainage pump chamber, reservoir cells .13 New security features, lighting, and repairs in the valve house, drainage pump chamber .14 New 8 foot iron fence at perimeter .15 Regrading reservoir perimeter .16 Upgrading site drainage .17 Upgrading yard piping .18 New water service from standby power generator building to valve house
