The project consists on upgrades on two Reservoirs: Richmond Hill North and Maple North. The scope of services are: Internal reservoir structural and process piping repairs; Material removal to facilitate reservoir waterproofing membrane installation and installation of new material; Reservoir waterproofing membrane installation; Miscellaneous Valve House structural repairs; Valve house roof replacement; Removal of lead containing paint (light blue) throughout the Valve House; Demolition of existing reservoir Access House and construction of new Access House; Reservoir Washdown system, valve, and sampling system upgrades; Grey water leaching pit installation; Miscellaneous building mechanical upgrades; Conduct inspection and performance review of the existing dehumidification equipment and provide required servicing recommendations (by Manufacturer's Representative); Install new site perimeter fence and gates; MCC, step-down transformer, and distribution panel replacement; New outdoor distribution panel; Security system upgrades; Miscellaneous electrical and instrumentation and control upgrades; Replacement of existing timber retaining walls with precast segmental retaining walls; Installation of galvanized steel staircase adjacent to the Valve House to top of reservoir; Decommissioning of existing access road and construction of new access road; Decommissioning of existing monitoring well; Miscellaneous site works.
