The project scope of work consisted of the supply and installation of 600V primary feed cable service, transformer, new MCC and SCADA PLC panel; supply of temporary generator for back-up, with the supply and installation of new 250 kW diesel generator with fueling system, plus the removal of existing generator, underground fuel tank, and all accessories. We supplied and installed all conduit, cabling, wiring, cable trays for all new, existing, and relocated electrical equipment; systematic checkout to verify that all electrical devices operate correctly with power applied; start-up and commissioning for new generator, switchboard, and MCC; and assistance in commissioning of new SCADA PLC system. We performed all necessary yard work for demolition and disposal of all removed materials from site, including extensive civil work, while maintaining the existing operation of the plant. All civil, mechanical, and electrical works was self-performed.
