The scope of this project is to construct a second process train including a second wet well, valve chamber and meter chamber as well as a new building to house two alum tanks and chemical dosing skid complete with office, washroom, area for basic lab analyses and storage area with overhead door. Once commissioned the existing primary process train would be removed from service. Wet well one is to be completely retrofitted. A new valve chamber, meter chamber and bypass chamber is to be constructed in place of the old. Additional site upgrades such as a fire hydrant, new paved yard area and fencing are also included.
