Work to be completed under this Contract covers the following: Construction of a new (360m2) water treatment plant building. Supply and installation of a preselected water treatment process utilizing Napier-Reid – Conventional Treatment Technology w/ GAC. Supply and installation of a backwash settling system including tankage. Construction of a new septic system including pump chamber, leaching bed, piping, etc. Supply and installation of process equipment such as: high-lift pumps, high volume pump, chemical feed systems, process piping, etc. Supply and installation of 3-phase electrical servicing to the building including MCC panel. Standby power generator and ancillary equipment. Supply and installation of process control logic equipment & SCADA Control System. Supply and installation of turbidity & chlorine analyzers. Upgrades to the existing water treatment pumphouse (No.3) including replacement of various process components, new well pumps, electrical and HVAC. Supply and installation of a truck watermain distribution system (150 mm and 200mm) diameter including fire hydrant protection. Supply and installation of service connections. Connections, pressure testing. Swabbing and disinfection of the watermain. Supply and installation of new well supplies for water treatment plant. Decommissioning of existing well supplies and pumphouses, etc. All mechanical, electrical and civil work completed by Kingdom Construction Limited.
