The project scope of work included upgrades to the pump house building, reservoirs, and wells; supply and retrofit installation of new pumps; converting two existing drilled wells to high lift capacity; complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical controls, electrical service, and distribution; supply and installation of new chemical metering system; structural repairs to existing reservoir and foundations, with architectural repairs and modifications; new steel roof, yard piping, and horizontal boring under Caesar Road, as well as associated site work. This extensive retrofit of the existing facility was completed while maintaining existing plant operations. All civil, mechanical, and electrical work was self-performed.
