Construction of a water treatment plant expansion including the installation of a new raw water well, conversion of the existing facultative lagoon to an aerated lagoon and installation of a submerged activated growth reactor (SAGR) system. The work consists of a 15 l/s dual media pressure filtration water treatment plant, below grade concrete reservoirs, treatment building expansion, mechanical and electrical works, lagoon earthworks, aeration system, SAGR cells, operations/blower building, UV disinfection building, effluent force-main and outfall structure, and access road upgrades.
